What is the typical lifespan of a vibratory conveyor?
We have vibrators still in operation, which were manufactured in 1973 and still operational. Providing the machines are used for their intended purposes and routine inspection is carried out to ensure correct functioning, we believe all our machines should be operational for a 25-year life span.

Can I request a visit by an experienced member of the sales team?
Yes, we would be more than happy to visit you at your site to discuss your individual requirements at any time. For enquiries outside of the UK we have a growing network of agents who would be more than willing to visit you. If the enquiry is for a project where you require the input of Cox & Plant Products Limited personnel we will do our utmost to accommodate this.

Do you provide Commissioning and Training?
Yes, this can be arranged by our qualified Engineers for site and training can be arranged for your Engineers.

Yes, this is our forte and we are always keen to lend our expertise to any project where we feel our skills can be a major input and of value.

What if I can't find the technical data sheet for the equipment I was searching for?
We are constantly updating our information but our competitors are quite interested too! Therefore if you e-mail buy@cox-plant.com we will be more than happy to assist you to the best of our abilities.

What are your payment terms?
Negotiable! Before we start any new project, we discuss payment terms with the customer to ensure that we can achieve an acceptable agreement. Finance is also available via HSBC for capital equipment purchases. We can assist with organising this.

What guarantee is offered?
Cox and Plant Products Limited offer the longest guarantee in the industry (that we know about). This is a full 24-month guarantee for rectification of any defects from date of installation.
We also offer an on-line diagnostic service, which is ideal for remote locations.

What after sales support is offered?
We offer a 24-month guarantee for all new machines manufactured by Cox and Plant Products Limited.
This means that we will rectify any defects from date of installation. Our Service Engineers will visit your site, or, in some rare cases, we will use local Service Engineers to provide the fastest support to you.
We also offer an on-line diagnostic service, which may be more appropriate for remote factory locations.
We want to provide you with help and support throughout the working week.
We also provide ongoing warranty programmes. We have a 3 and 5 year programme which can be purchased when the machine is originally manufactured.
