• Built with fully guarded designs to inline with the Machine Safety guidelines as specified by the British Standard Institute BS 5304.
• The Lift & Tip unit can be incorporated with an integral hopper, optional cluster buster and metering conveyor, to ensure an efficient start to the production line.
• Hoppers can be built with heavy-duty grid to prevent block frozen product from crashing onto the line.
• Multi-pallet size facility available to maximise use and versatility of pallet sizes.

DESIGN

• The Cox & Plant Lift & Tip unit incorporates the highest standard hydraulic cylinders to ensure quiet, trouble free operation
• All units are fully tested under load to ensure working load compliance with additional strength and durability as an inbuilt design.
• Heavy duty machined parts ensure a long, successful operation of this 'work horse' which gives years of trouble free life
• The Cox & Plant Lift & Tip unit can be designed for a variety of capacities and can be easily designed to be incorporated within existing lines and lay outs.

The Cox & Plant Lift & Tip is available with a variety of safety gates in open and mesh casing designs.

A wide range of dimensions and box sizes, depending upon product and throughput.

Small box option for faster flowing lines with variety of products.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

The Cox & Plant Lift & Tip is manufactured from either stainless steel, which is supplied with a bead blast finish as standard.

Alternatively a mild steel finish is available, in either a galvanized or with a high performance non-toxic coating.
