The Cox and Plant Graderveyor™ has been enhanced to perform a comprehensive range of very individual and unique grading tasks. This machine has 'come into its own' in the oriental food processing sector. A unique machine to remove the husks from bean sprouts prior to bagging proved to be the jewel in the crown of a new processing unit.

The Cox and Plant Graderveyor™ is frequently used to grade up to seven different fractions of product proving it to be one of the industries most versatile work horses!

• The Cox and Plant Graderveyor™ ensure that product is conveyed over large screening area for maximum accuracy with the entire variant grading fractions being achieved.
• The Cox and Plant Graderveyor™ offers the total flexibility to allow a huge variety of products to be processed on the same line by changing over the highly versatile Quick Release Clamp™ Screens.
• The Cox and Plant Graderveyor™ reduces substantially the need for regrading by providing an increased product yield on first attempt.

DESIGN

• Our specialised design incorporates an upper deck for transportation of the 'A' grade product and the lower deck to remove and convey the reject particles or product to the designated exit point ensuring no future re-integration occurs.
• Product is conveyed over large screening areas for maximum accuracy of product calibration.
• High variety of screen sizes per deck and all screens are designed with our Quick Release Clamps™ which ensures screens are secure on the conveyor whilst still able to achieve fast and effective changeover for cleaning or changeover.
• Chutes and pneumatic sliding gates can be incorporated to suit your individual line requirements.
• More separate grades can be segregated than those offered by our competitors.

OPTIONS

Chutes can be incorporated for product separation after grading.

Flared, spreader and bias infeed and discharges available.

Sliding gates - manual or pneumatic with 2 minute buffer hopper.

Fines removal screening section and waste collection tank.

Up to two grades can be achieved on this machine.
