DESIGN

• The Cox & Plant Chip Grading Conveyor provides maximum flexibility and can be used for different size products or even different types of products.
• The Chipveyor™ gently handles coated chip products.
• The Chipveyor™ is fully adjustable for grade and diameter changes.
• The Chipveyor™ can be placed on mezzanine floors, which benefit from the use of natural gravity for efficient product flow.
• The Chipveyor™ can also de-water and calibrate products.

OPTIONS

The Cox & Plant Chip Grading Conveyor can be fitted with interchangeable screens.

The ability to segregate products into different grades.

Automatic or manually operated gates can be provided.

Product diverters can be incorporated into The Chipveyor's™ design.

The Chipveyor™ can be designed with flared in-feed and bias discharge design.


TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

The Chipveyor™ is manufactured from all stainless steel and supplied with a bead blast finish, facilitating lifetime free maintenance.
