The Cox and Plant Calibratorveyor™ can be designed for many unique applications, with total flexibility for installation and can be integrated within any existing lines.

• The Cox and Plant Calibratorveyor™ is available with a large variety of screen aperture sizes to suit almost any product and to meet your specific requirements.
• Product is conveyed over large screening area for maximum accuracy with grading.
• The Cox and Plant Calibratorveyor™ offers the total flexibility to allow a huge variety of products to be processed on the same line by changing over the highly versatile Quick Release Clamp™ Screens.
• The Cox and Plant Calibratorveyor™ reduces substantially the need for re-grading by providing an increased product yield on first attempt.

DESIGN

• Product is conveyed over large screening areas for maximum accuracy of product calibration.
• High variety of screen sizes per deck and all screens are designed with our Quick Release Clamps™ which ensures screens are secure on the conveyor whilst still able to achieve fast and effective changeover for cleaning or changeover.
• Chutes and pneumatic sliding gates can be incorporated to suit your individual line requirements.
• More separate grades can be segregated than those offered by our competitors.

OPTIONS

Chutes can be incorporated for product separation after grading.

Flared, spreader and bias infeed and discharges available.

Sliding gates - manual or pneumatic with 2 minute buffer hopper.

Fines removal screening section and waste collection tank.

Up to four grades can be achieved on this machine.
