The Cox and Plant Rinse&Washerveyor™ has been engineered to wash, rinse and de-water the product all on a single machine.

The Cox and Plant Rinse&Washerveyor™ is washed by the industry renowned simplistic yet robust spray bank system™ a gentle yet thorough rinsing programme.

The product is conveyed gently but in a controlled fashion to adjust to the precise rinsing requirement of the system and continue down the line.

• The Cox and Plant Rinse&Washerveyor™ is as with all of our range of conveyors extremely reliable, with almost minimal maintenance costs throughout its 25 year anticipated life cycle.
• The Cox and Plant Rinse&Washerveyor™ can be installed as a stand-alone unit to integrated within an existing line or can be purchased to form a complete distribution system.
• The Cox and Plant Rinse&Washerveyor™ is an extremely efficient machine and draws only the power required for the throughput specified, its energy requirement is often 45% less than our competitors.
• The Cox and Plant Rinse&Washerveyorä is a quiet machines with a DBA reading below 58 dbA (without product or spray).

OPTIONS

The Cox and Plant Rinse&Washerveyor™ is available with interchangeable spray heads to vary the flow of water onto the product.

Cooling tank can be provided to ensure the system has a good head of water and with an option to chill to a desired or specified temperature.

PEC units can be built-in, for total control of the distribution system.

The Cox and Plant Rinse&Washerveyor™ can be floor-mounted, on a support stand or suspended from ceiling or mezzanine floor by adjustable support ropes.

Gates - manual or pneumatic can be incorporated.

Infeed and discharges - bias, flared or spreader.

Quick Released Clamp™ Screens can be included for almost any screening application i.e. de-watering to grading.

Can be made mobile by the use of our braked wheeled castors, allowing the facility to utilise the unit in other parts of the line when required and connect to different water supplies.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

The Cox and Plant Rinse&Washerveyor™ is manufactured from all stainless steel and supplied with a bead blast finish, facilitating lifetime free maintenance.
