The Cox and Plant Meterveyor™ is designed to act as a slave and synchronise with the system it is designed to feed, in a master and slave relationship. It has been designed to meter, align, orient and spread evenly to ensure maximum throughput and prevent starvation of product. The product is conveyed gently but in a controlled fashion to adjust to the precise throughput required by the equipment it is serving.

• The Cox and Plant Meterveyor™ is as with all of our range of conveyors extremely reliable, with almost minimal maintenance costs throughout its 25 year anticipated life cycle.
• The Cox and Plant Meterveyor™ is an extremely efficient machine and draws only the power required for the throughput specified, its energy requirement is often 45% less than our competitors.
• The Cox and Plant Meterveyor™ is a quiet machines with a DBA reading below 58 dbA (without product).

DESIGN

OPTIONS

The Cox and Plant Meterveyor can include a buffer hopper to ensure that the line is never starved of product.

PEC units can be built-in, for total control of the distribution system.

The Cox and Plant Meterveyor™ can be floor-mounted, on a support stand or suspended from ceiling or mezzanine floor by adjustable support ropes.

Gates - manual or pneumatic can be incorporated.

Infeed and discharges - bias, flared or spreader.

Quick Released Clamp™ Screens can be included for almost any screening application i.e. de-watering to grading.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
