Our Electromagnetic Vibratory Conveyors

The Cox & Plant electromagnetic vibratory conveyor range is customised designed to your exact requirements with a knowledge base of almost 5 decades of experience.

The majority of our e-mag conveyors have an open design rectangular pan, if the product is dusty then full covers can be incorporated or even the outstanding tubular conveyor design. Our e-mag drives produce a diagonal, harmonized motion that moves the product forwards in a gentle and efficient manner. This reduces breakage and preserves any flavouring and coatings on products.

With low maintenance machinery designed and built as standard by the Cox & plant team, all future change parts are easily accessible. Drives can be located in a variety of positions including underslung.

The e-mag coil box drives and control system are unique to C&P, we don’t supply parts to any other manufacturer. The drives are manufactured at our facility to keep the age-old family secret of our harnessing of power a well-preserved secret, like the Coca-Cola recipe! We have e-mag drives conveying 35 TPH of wet french fries that have been in operation since 1995 and still outperforming every day to our customer’s satisfaction.

The leaf springs/fixtures are attached on mounting blocks to the conveyor, generally side located for easy access should they need to be changed after 5 years plus. Our full range is designed based on the throughput and performance required for your business. With throughputs from 100 kilos to 35,000 kilos we have the exact offering you need for decades of outstanding performance.

Our linear action vibratory drives can be adjusted to suit a multitude of applications from settling conveyors [to allow boxes to be able to close by vibrating the bagged product], through to tray meal lines that require an input of vibration to perfectly and fully spread the product.
