If installation and commissioning is carried out using the correct procedures and our trained members of staff, it is an investment in the conveyors reliability and uptime.

All tasks carried out on the conveyors are recorded, sent to you and also filed by us for reference. We have a team of highly skilled engineers who can install our equipment, as well as commission them.

Installation

We will happily quote you for any equipment installation work that you may require.

Commissioning

We can test your installation to make sure all the equipment and procedures meet the required industry standards. This will show that the production line is ensembled for the purpose for which it was installed.

What does a Cox & Plant installation look like?

In a  phrase, ‘joined up thinking’ of your installation process; from initiation and planning to implementation, monitoring and project accomplishment. The aims of the C&P team are to finish your project on time and on budget; Stay focused on your day-to-day activities whilst minimising disturbance to your business by allowing production to continue if at all possible uninterrupted. Our equipment is put through Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

Your designated KAM project manager will determine the paramount design and layout for your unique criteria, one size does not fit all ! We ensure C&P equipment is the best on the market, with ease of integration control to maximise line efficiency. For extension to existing facilities it’s essential for both parties to ensure seamless integration into current line in a modular format with our solutions presented to you in a modular broken down, clearly explained, detailed 3 D layout to allow a walk throw with a Cox & Plant proficient engineer.

Is installation available as a separate service?

Yes, it is as an option, though we don’t install other peoples equipment unless it is part of the turnkey line we’re installing i.e. multiheads / baggers and end of line equipment.

Do you manufacture your own platforms?

Designed and manufactured in house, with the option to have UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) certification if required.

Do you install platforms?
