They’re efficient and cost-effective. They can be adapted to suit the needs of any production line, and because they allow you to split your processes across multiple levels, they can help you to make the best use of your available space.
They’re stable, resilient, and specifically designed to provide you with years of reliable use.
But one key feature of our spiral elevators is that they’re innately versatile. They can be combined with almost any other product from our range to create an all-inclusive standalone unit.
So by adding fans or water cooling systems, you can have a spiral elevator that cools produce as it conveys it. Alternatively, you can have one that functions like a vibratory screening conveyor, or even a multihead cross feeder!
Whatever you need, these workhorses are more than capable of taking on the job – all while taking up a maximum one metre square of floor space.
But that’s not all. Here’s just some of the additional benefits that vibratory spiral elevators offer:
- Quiet running
- Low transmitted vibration
- Low maintenance
- Minimum degradation
- Large diameter and shallow pitch for maximum retention time
Spiral elevators can be built in either mild steel or stainless steel, with different flight sections and inlets & outlets to suit your needs. They can be totally enclosed, and they’re self supporting to heights of up to seven metres.
They’re available with a twin flight arrangement, with a top or bottom drive, and we have corrugated flights available.
Essentially, whatever you need your spiral elevator to do, we can build a bespoke solution to suit your requirements.
